Decision details

(i)       to note the Cluster Risk Registers and Assurance Maps set out Appendices A-D;

(ii)      to note, in particular, the external factors which are having a negative impact on the delivery of Capital programmes/projects; and

(iii)      to note that a report would be submitted to the City Growth and Resources Committee outlining the wider context of the impacts raised in the report, namely Covid 19 pandemic, Brexit and the recent Russia/Ukraine war and how these have affected project delivery.
