Decision details

The Council resolved:-

(i)             to note the activity, as detailed in the report, undertaken in relation to trusts to which the Council is connected;

(ii)           to approve the appointment of Councillor David Cameron, Councillor Alison Alphonse and the Chief Officer - Corporate Landlord as directors of Glover House Trustees Ltd and instruct the Chief Officer - Governance to take any necessary action to give effect to this decision; and

(iii)          to instruct the Chief Officer - Governance to, as appropriate, bring a report to Council and/or provide a service update to elected members no later than December 2024 on future activity in relation to trusts to which the Council is connected.
