Decision details

(i)        to note the draft Strategic Plan 2019-2022;

(ii)       to instruct the Chief Officer to conduct a public consultation on the draft Strategic Plan 2019 – 2022 during the period 7 January to 28 February 2019, noting that the draft Plan required to be accessible to all;

(iii)      agree that the most current version of the Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership Strategic Plan be presented to the IJB at its budget meeting; and

(iv)      agree that the revised ACHSCP Strategic Plan be presented to the IJB at its meeting of 26 March 2019 for final agreement, and to note that the IJB would be advised when the accompanying Implementation Plan would be presented to the Audit and Performance Systems Committee.
