The Board resolved:-
to note that Alison Murray advised that she had a connection in relation to agenda item 8.1 (Review of Carers’ Expenses Policy – HSCP.23.055) as she was a Carer representative to the IJB. and having applied the objective test she considered that her connection amounted to an interest and would therefore be withdrawing from the meeting for this item.
