Decision:
to approve the estimated expenditure of £43,804 per annum for a period of four years on the destruction of confidential waste, in accordance with SO1(3) of the Council’s Standing Orders Relating to Contracts and Procurement.
Minutes:
The Committee had before it a report by the Director of Corporate Governance which advised of the intention to go out to tender for the destruction of confidential waste for a maximum of four years and sought approval of the estimated expenditure as detailed in the report.
The report recommended –
that the Committee approve the estimated expenditure of £43,804 per annum for a period of four years on the destruction of confidential waste, in accordance with SO1(3) of the Council’s Standing Orders Relating to Contracts and Procurement.
The Committee resolved:-
to approve the recommendation.
