Tender Acceptance Report - Scotland Excel, Government Procurement Service and Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation Framework Agreements

(i) to approve the use of the Scotland Excel, Government Procurement Service and Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation Framework Agreements for the purchase of the commodities shown in Appendix 1; and
(ii) approve the estimated expenditure for each of the commodities listed in appendix 1.
Minutes:
The Committee had before it a report by the Director of Corporate Governance which sought approval to use Scotland Excel, Government Procurement Service and Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation Framework Agreements for the purchase of the commodities detailed in appendix 1.
The report recommended –
that the Committee –
(a) approve the use of the Scotland Excel, Government Procurement Service and Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation Framework Agreements for the purchasing of the commodities detailed in Appendix 1; and
(b) approve the estimated expenditure for each of the commodities listed in Appendix 1.
The Committee resolved:-
to approve the recommendations.
