Decision:
to hear the deputation by Dr W Melvin Morrison, Aberdeen Medico-Chirurgical Society Heritage Group in relation to item 4.1 (Motion by Councillor Greig – Policing Museum) prior to consideration of item 4.1.

In terms of Standing Order 10, the Committee had before it a request for a deputation from Dr W Melvin Morrison on behalf of Aberdeen Medico-Chirurgical Society relating to item 4.1 (Motion by Councillor Greig – Policing Museum) on the agenda.
The Committee resolved:-
to accept the request and hear the deputation immediately prior to the report being considered.
