Decision:
to note the outcome of the 2012/13 data validation exercise and to instruct officers to further develop the reporting of diversity and equality information to fully meet Equality Act requirements.
Minutes:
The Committee had before it a report by the acting Director of Corporate Governance which provided details of the outcome of the 2012/2013 data validation exercise.
The report recommended –
that the Committee note the outcome of the 2012/2013 data validation exercise and instruct officers to further develop the reporting of diversity and equality information to fully meet Equality Act requirements.
The Committee resolved:-
to approve the recommendation.
