With reference to article 20 of the minute of its meeting of 12 March 2013, the Committee had before it a report by the Director of Housing and Environment which presented the revised charges and extension to the availability of the fish export certificate service provided by the Environmental Health Service.
The report recommended:
that the Committee approve the improvements in service provision and the revised charging regime as detailed in appendix 1 following consultation with businesses utilising the service with effect from 1 April 2014 and that the charges be reviewed on an annual basis.
The Committee resolved:-
to approve the recommendation contained in the report.
