to note the content of the report.
Minutes:
With reference to article 6, resolution (ii), of the minute of its meeting of 27 August 2013, the Committee had before it a report by the Director of Housing and Environment which provided information relating to the number of unregistered landlords and unlicensed HMOs which had been referred to the Procurator Fiscal during the previous 12 months and provided an overview of enforcement of both activities.
The report recommended:
that the Committee note the content of the report.
The Committee resolved:-
to approve the recommendation contained in the report.
