Councillor Boulton took the chair and welcomed everyone to the annual joint meeting of the Licensing Board and the Local Licensing Forum. 

The Convener welcomed everyone to the annual joint meeting of the Licensing Board and the Local Licensing Forum.  He advised that as the Convener of the Licensing Board had chaired the previous year’s meeting, it was the turn of the Local Licensing Forum Convener to chair today’s meeting.
