Motion by Councillor Reynolds
“That this Council
- Write to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) calling on them to transfer all funds received from donors living in Scotland from this financial year and henceforth, to the Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SSPCA); and
- Ask local authorities in Scotland and the Scottish Government for their support.”

to approve the terms of the motion.

The Council had before it the following notice of motion by Councillor Reynolds:-
“That this Council -
