Issue - meetings

The Committee had before it a report by the Director of Education and Children’s Services which sought approval to enter into agreement with Cove Rangers FC to secure access rights to their new stadium site adjacent to Lochside Academy.

The report recommended:-

that the Committee –

(a)       agree that the Head of Finance, the Head of Land and Property Assets and Head of Legal and Democratic Services enter into, and complete negotiations on the terms for access rights to the proposed stadium; and

(b)       otherwise note the content of the             report.

The Committee resolved:-

to approve the recommendations.
