Issue - meetings

(i)         to agree to remove item 7 – Supported Bus Services as this was reported to Council;

(ii)        to note the updates provided; and

(iii)       to instruct the Clerk to alert members of the Committee when Service Updates are published.

The Committee had before it a statement of committee business and a list of annual reports prepared by the Senior Democratic Services Manager.

The Committee resolved:-

(i)         to agree to remove item 7 (Supported Bus Services) as this was reported to Council;

(ii)        to note the updates provided; and

(iii)       to instruct the Clerk to alert members of the Committee when service updates were published.
