Union Terrace Gardens- Contract Extension to Undertake Detailed Site Investigations - CHI/17/151
Decision:
to approve the recommendations contained within the exempt report.
Minutes:
The Committee had before it a report by the Interim Director of Communities, Housing and Infrastructure which requested authority to release the funds required from the City Centre Masterplan Programme budget for the site investigations work required for the Union Terrace Gardens project.
The report recommended:-
that the Committee –
(a) approve the proposed contract extension for the appointed consultants to the Union Terrace Garden’s project to include the detailed site investigation work as outlined in the report; and
(b) authorise expenditure as outlined within the report, for the contract extension, to be funded from the City Centre Masterplan budget approved by Council in February 2017.
The Committee resolved:-
to approve the recommendations.
