Police Scotland - Verbal Update of transition of the Aberdeen Service Centre to a National Service Centre and the Command and control to Dundee ACR
A representative from C3 Division will attend the Committee as requested.
Decision:
(i) to note the verbal update provided; and
(ii) to instruct the Clerk to liaise with Police Scotland to arrange a suitable time to visit the Dundee Command and Control Centre.
Minutes:
Chief Inspector Dave Ross (Tayside Division, Police Scotland) provided an update of the North Overview implementation and other transitional arrangements for the move to a national service and command and control to Dundee ACR. He also invited members of the Committee to visit Dundee ACR to provide further assurance on its operation.
The Committee resolved:-
(i) to note the verbal update provided; and
(ii) to instruct the Clerk to liaise with Police Scotland to arrange a suitable time to visit the Dundee Command and Control Centre.
