The Committee had before it a report by the Head of Legal and Democratic Services which provided information on all Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) and Inspector of Crematoria decisions made in relation to Aberdeen City Council since the last reporting cycle.
The report recommended:-
that the Committee note the details of the report and recommends any additional actions as appropriate.
The Committee resolved:-
to approve the recommendation contained in the report.
