Issue - meetings

(i)         to note the process undertaken for the annual review; and

(ii)        to note the outcome of the annual review.

The Committee had before it a report by the Head of Finance which provided an overview of the recent credit rating annual review and the outcome of the review.

The report recommended:-

that the Committee –

(a)       note the process undertaken for the annual review; and

(b)       note the outcome of the annual review.

The Committee resolved:-

to approve the recommendations.
