Decision:
To instruct the interim Head of Planning and Sustainable Development to include the topics of HMO Overprovision and Student Accommodation Overprovision within the Main Issues Report for the next Local Development Plan to facilitate mixed/balanced communities.
Minutes:
The Committee had before it a report by the Interim Director of Communities, Housing and Infrastructure which provided a report based on the decision of the Committee at its meeting on 29 August 2017 on the HMO Overprovision Policy.
The report recommended:-
That the Committee instruct the interim Head of Planning and Sustainable Development to include the topics of HMO Overprovision and Student Accommodation Overprovision within the Main Issues Report for the next Local Development Plan to facilitate mixed/balanced communities.
The Committee resolved:-
To agree the recommendation.
