Determination of Urgent Business
Decision:
The Convener advised that there would be an urgent item on the agenda under 11.1, Housing Cases, and that the report be accepted given the need to continue with Council operations.
Minutes:
The Convener had determined that item 11.1, on the agenda, Housing Cases, be considered as a matter of urgency in terms of Section 50(B)(4)(b) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, given the need to continue with Council operations.
The Committee resolved:-
to agree that the matter be considered as a matter of urgency.
