Decision:
to instruct the Chief Officer – Corporate Landlord in consultation with the Co-Leaders, to submit appropriate submissions for any site within Council ownership in relation to the Local Development Plan review and to circulate these to all members of the Council.
Minutes:
The Committee had before it a report by the Director of Resources which sought authority to submit appropriate submissions in relation to the Local Development Plan review.
The report recommended:-
that the Committee instruct the Chief Officer – Corporate Landlord to submit appropriate submissions for any site within Council ownership in relation to the Local Development Plan review.
The Committee resolved:-
that the Committee instruct the Chief Officer – Corporate Landlord in consultation with the Co-Leaders, to submit appropriate submissions for any site within Council ownership in relation to the Local Development Plan review and to circulate these to all members of the Council.
