Determination of Exempt Business
Decision:
in terms of Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, to exclude the press and public from the meeting during consideration of items 10.1 and 10.2 so as to avoid disclosure of exempt information of the classes described in paragraphs 6, 8 and 9 of Schedule 7(A) of the Act.

The Convener proposed that the Committee consider items 10.1 (Roads and Transport Related Budget Programme 2018-2019 – Exempt Appendix) and 10.2 (Shaping Aberdeen Housing LLP) with the press and public excluded.
The Committee resolved:-
in terms of Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, to exclude the press and public from the meeting during consideration of items 10.1 and 10.2 so as to avoid disclosure of exempt information of the classes described in paragraph 8 (article 12) and paragraphs 6 and 9 (article 14) of Schedule 7(A) of the Act.
