Issue - meetings

(i)        to note the progress made since the publication of the 2015 Regional Economic Strategy; and

(ii)       to approve the refreshed Action Plan, provided as an Executive Summary attached as Appendix 1 to this report.

With reference to article 10 of the minute of meeting of Council of 16 December 2015, the Committee had before it a report by the Chief Officer – City Growth, which sought approval of the refreshed Action Plan for the 2015 Regional Economic Strategy.

The report recommended:-

that the Committee –

(a)       note the progress made since the publication of the 2015 Regional Economic Strategy; and

(b)       approve the refreshed Action Plan, provided as an Executive Summary attached as Appendix 1 to this report.

The Committee resolved:-

to approve the recommendations.
