Issue - meetings

(i)        to approve for signature on behalf of the Council, the North East of Scotland Bus Alliance Quality Partnership Agreement 2018 in Appendix 1 of this report; and

(ii)       to note that a Service Update report would be circulated in September 2018 to update on targets and proposed action plan set by the Bus Alliance Board.

With reference to article 30 of the minute of meeting of the Communities, Housing and Infrastructure Committee of 29 August 2017, the Committee had before it a report by the Interim Chief Officer – Strategic Place Planning, which sought approval for an overarching voluntary Regional Quality Partnership for Public Transport Agreement and to commit the Council to the Agreement.

The report recommended:-

that the Committee -

(a)       approve for signature on behalf of the Council, the North East of Scotland Bus Alliance Quality Partnership Agreement 2018 in Appendix 1 of this report; and

(b)       note that a Service Update report would be circulated in September 2018 to update on targets and proposed action plan set by the Bus Alliance Board.

The Committee resolved:-

to approve the recommendations.
