Decision:
to note that the Convener had accepted item 9.9 (New Schools Development Programme – 2018) onto the agenda as a matter of urgency in terms of Section 50(B)(4)(b) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.
Minutes:
The Vice Convener had determined that item 9.9 (New Schools Development Programme – 2018) be considered as a matter of urgency in terms of Section 50(B)(4)(b) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 in order to avoid delay in the delivery of the projects.
The Committee resolved:-
