Decision:
To approve the recommendations within the exempt report, along with two additional resolutions
Minutes:
The Board had before it a report by Alex Stephen (Chief Finance Officer, ACHSCP) which sought the Board’s agreement to proceed with a service level agreement with Bon Accord Care to secure ongoing provision of residential care services at Kingswells Care Home for older people with significant physical dependency and frailty who present with complex dementia.
The Board resolved:-
To approve the recommendations within the exempt report, along with two additional resolutions.
