Issue - meetings

(i)        to approve the Aberdeen City Local Housing Strategy 2018 – 2023 (Appendix 1); and

(ii)       to instruct Chief Officer - Strategic Place Planning to produce an annual update report on progress for each of the strategic outcomes to allow progress to be monitored and evaluated and to report back to City Growth & Resources Committee in June each year.

The Committee had before it a report by the Chief Officer – Strategic Place Planning which sought approval of the Aberdeen City Local Housing Strategy 2018 – 2023.

The report recommended:-

that the Committee –

(a)       approve the Aberdeen City Local Housing Strategy 2018 – 2023 (Appendix 1 of the report); and

(b)       instruct Chief Officer - Strategic Place Planning to produce an annual update report on progress for each of the strategic outcomes to allow progress to be monitored and evaluated and to report back to City Growth & Resources Committee in June each year.

The Committee resolved:-

to approve the recommendations.
