Issue - meetings

(i)        to approve the re-establishment of the Community Asset Transfer Review Sub Committee; and

(ii)       to appoint five Members (1 per Group) and five substitute Members to the Sub Committee, where none of the substantive or substitute Members have been involved in the decision-making in respect of any Community Asset Transfers considered by the City Growth and Resources Committee.

The Committee had before it a report by the Chief Officer – Governance, which sought approval for the re-establishment of the Community Asset Transfer Review Sub Committee.

The report recommended:-

that the Committee -

(a)       approve the re-establishment of the Community Asset Transfer Review Sub Committee; and

(b)       appoint five Members (1 per Group) and five substitute Members to the Sub Committee, where none of the substantive or substitute Members have been involved in the decision-making in respect of any Community Asset Transfers considered by the City Growth and Resources Committee.

The Committee resolved:-

to approve the recommendations.
