The Board had before them a representation dated 29 April 2019 from Environmental Health.
The Board heard from Andrew Hunter, Solicitor, speak in support of the application. Mr Hunter advised the applicant was willing to accept the condition for music in the external area as proposed by Environmental Health.
The Board resolved: -
To grant the application subject to the local condition relating to external areas.
