Noted the content of this draft minute and reaffirmed that the minutes are approved at the respective Committee.

The Board had before it the draft minute of the meeting of the Clinical and Care Governance Committee from 14 May 2019.

The Chair reminded members that the purpose of the draft minutes appearing on the Board Agenda was for awareness and noting only. The Chair reaffirmed that minutes would be considered for approval by the respective committee.
