Decision:
(i) in relation to item 32 (Torry Primary School Including Community Hub) to note that the demolition of the former Torry Academy would commence in spring 2020 and that the Chief Officer Corporate Landlord would circulate by email a response regarding the Business Rate costs for the former Academy building; and
(ii) to otherwise note the content of the business planner.
Minutes:
The Committee had before it the Committee Business Planner as prepared by the Chief Officer Governance.
The Committee resolved:-
(i) in relation to item 32 (Torry Primary School Including Community Hub) to note that the demolition of the former Torry Academy would commence in spring 2020 and that the Chief Officer Corporate Landlord would circulate by email a response regarding Business Rate costs for the former Academy building; and
