Decision:
to approve the amendments to the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire Tourism Company Limited (VisitAberdeenshire) Articles of Association (provided in Appendix 1 to this report) and instructs the Chief Officer – Governance to sign and return the written resolution on behalf of Aberdeen City Council.
Minutes:
The Committee had before it a report by the Chief Officer – City Growth which sought approval of the amended VisitAberdeenshire Articles of Association.
The report recommended:-
that the Committee approve the amendments to the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire Tourism Company Limited (VisitAberdeenshire) Articles of Association (provided in Appendix 1 to this report) and instructs the Chief Officer – Governance to sign and return the written resolution on behalf of Aberdeen City Council.
The Committee resolved:-
