Decision:
to nominate the Legal Services Manager, as a replacement Standards Officer
to the Standards Commission, as detailed in the report.
Minutes:
The Board had before it a report from the Chief Finance Officer to nominate a replacement Standards Officer to the Standards Commission.
The Board heard from the Business Lead, ACHSCP of the circumstances causing the replacement of the Standards Officer to the Board, a legally required position.
The report recommended :-
that the Boardnominate the Legal Services Manager, as a replacement Standards Officer to the Standards Commission, as detailed in the report.
The Board resolved :-
to approve the recommendation.
