to note that the amendment to the sale contract for the site was agreed in May 2021.

With reference to article 28 of the minute of the previous meeting of 3 February 2021, the Committee had before it a report by the Director of Resources which provided an update in relation to Pinewood.
The report recommended:-
that the Committee note that the amendment to the sale contract for the site was agreed in May 2021.
The Committee resolved:-
to approve the recommendation.
