Issue - meetings

in terms of Section 50A(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, to exclude the press and public from the meeting during consideration of items 9.1 (Countesswells Primary School – exempt information) and 9.2 (Torry Heat Network – exempt information).

The Convener proposed that the Committee consider items 9.1 (Countesswells Primary School – paragraph 3.6); and 9.2 (Torry Heat Network – section 4) with the press and public excluded from the meeting.

The Committee resolved:-

in terms of Section 50A(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, to exclude the press and public from the meeting during consideration of the above items so as to avoid disclosure of information of the classes described in the following paragraphs of Schedule 7(A) to the Act:- article 14 (paragraph 6) and article 15 (paragraph 8).
