Issue - meetings

in terms of Section 50A(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, to exclude the press and public from the meeting during consideration of items 13.1 (Dyce Community Library), 13.2 (Disposal of Rosehill House) and 14.1 (Condition and Suitability 3 Year Programme - Exempt Appendices).

The Convener proposed that the Committee consider items 13.1 (Dyce Community Library), 13.2 (Disposal of Rosehill House) and 14.1 (Condition and Suitability 3 Year Programme - Exempt Appendices) with the press and public excluded from the meeting.

The Committee resolved:-

in terms of Section 50A(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, to exclude the press and public from the meeting during consideration of the above items so as to avoid disclosure of information of the classes described in the following paragraphs of Schedule 7(A) to the Act:- article 22 (paragraph 10), article 23 (paragraph 9) and article 24 (paragraph 8).
