The Committee had before it a report by the Director of Resources which provided a review of the North East Scotland Pension Fund’s compliance with the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 and the Pensions Regulator’s requirements during the financial year 2021/22.

 

The report recommended:-

that the Committee note the report for assurance.

 

The Committee resolved:-

to note the report.

 

The Board resolved:-

to note the decision of the Committee.
