Decision:

The Committee resolved:-

(i)       to note the progress of the implementation of the National Guidance to date and be assured that the Child Protection Committee (CPC) would continue to oversee the implementation of the identified areas requiring local development.

Minutes:

The Committee had before it a report by the Chief Executive which provided an update on progress with the implementation of the new National Guidance for Child Protection in Scotland 2021.

 

The report recommended:-

that Committee note the progress of the implementation of the National Guidance to date and be assured that the Child Protection Committee (CPC) would continue to oversee the implementation of the identified areas requiring local development.

 

The Committee resolved:-

to approve the recommendation.
