Issue - meetings

The Board resolved:-

(i) to note that Councillor Cooke advised that he had a connection in relation to agenda item 4.1 (Medium Term Financial Framework - 2023-2028) as he was an Aberdeen City Council representative on the Board of Aberdeen Care and Repair, however, having applied the objective test he did not consider that his connection amounted to an interest which would prevent him from participating in the discussion on the item; and

(ii) to note that Caroline Howarth advised that she had a connection in relation to agenda item 4.1 as she was a partner at the Newburn Practice, however, having applied the objective test she did not consider that her connection amounted to an interest which would prevent her from participating in the discussion on the item.

Members were requested to intimate any Declarations of Interest or Transparency Statements in respect of the items on the agenda.
