Issue - meetings

The Committee resolved:-

(i)              to request that legal officers liaise with Councillor Mrs Stewart in regards to an enforcement query;

(ii)             to request that a follow up report be submitted to this committee in relation to ongoing enforcement issues and how these could be progressed; and

(iii)            to otherwise note the content of the report. 

The Committee had before it a report by the Chief Officer – Strategic, Place, Planning, which informed Members of the planning enforcement work that had been undertaken by the Planning Service from 1st April 2022 to 31^st March 2023.

The report recommended:-

that the Committee notes the contents of the report.
