The Board resolved:-
to note the information in the report and its two appendices, and in particular paragraph 3.5 of the report in relation to the review of governance arrangements.
Minutes:
The Board had before it the update report on the Governance Arrangements for Hosted Mental Health and Learning Disability Inpatient and Specialist Service prepared by the Service Manager, Inpatient & Specialist Services MHLDS.
The report recommended:-
that the Board note the information in the report and its two appendices, and in particular paragraph 3.5 of the report in relation to the review of governance arrangements.
The Board resolved:-
to agree the recommendation.
