Notification of Urgent Business
Decision:
The Council resolved:-
to note that the Lord Provost had agreed to add a verbal update from the Chief Officer - Corporate Landlord on the latest situation with Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) in Council properties to the agenda as a matter of urgency in terms of Section 50B(4)(b) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973; and that the agenda would be adjusted, if required, in order to hear the update this day due to the urgency of the situation.
