Issue - meetings

(i)       to note the actions taken to date; and

(ii)       to instruct the Chief Officer - Operations and Protective Services to progress a permanent traffic regulation order for the area surrounding TECA based on the temporary traffic regulation order currently in place.

The Committee had before it a report by the Director of Resources which provided an update on the functionality and success of the traffic management measures installed within and around the TECA site.

The report recommended:-

that the Committee –

(a)      note the actions taken to date; and

(b)      instruct the Chief Officer - Operations and Protective Services to progress a permanent traffic regulation order for the area surrounding TECA based on the temporary traffic regulation order currently in place.

The Committee resolved:-

to approve the recommendations.
