Decision:
(i) to agree to amend its decision of 5 December 2023 in so far as it related to the composition of the Appointment Panel and appoint June Brown, NHS Voting Member to the Panel in substitution of the IJB Vice Chair; and
(ii) to otherwise note the detail contained within the report.
Minutes:
The Board had before it the report from the Chief Officer, ACHSCP who presented an update on highlighted topics and responded to questions from members.
The Chief Officer expressed her thanks to the Board for their support and commitment during her time in post.
The report recommended:-
that the Board:
(i) agree to amend its decision of 5 December 2023 in so far as it related to the composition of the Appointment Panel and appoint June Brown, NHS Voting Member to the Panel in substitution of the IJB Vice Chair; and
(ii) otherwise note the detail contained within the report.
The Board resolved:-
to agree the recommendations.
