Issue - meetings

The Board had before it the date of the next IJB meeting as 1 July 2025.

The Board resolved:-

to note the date of the next meeting.

(i)            to note that an additional Special IJB Meeting would be programmed prior to the next scheduled meeting of 18 March 2025, as agreed at article 7.1; and

(ii)          to otherwise note the date of the next meeting.

The Board had before it the date of the next IJB meeting as 18 March 2025.

The Board resolved:-

(i)            to note that an additional Special IJB Meeting would be programmed prior to the scheduled Budget meeting on 18 March 2025, as agreed at article 15; and

(ii)          to otherwise note the date of the next meeting.
