approve the content of the updated Development Plan Scheme 2025 (Appendix 1) and instruct the Chief Officer – Strategic Place Planning to, subject to any minor drafting changes which he considers necessary, publish it in accordance with relevant legislation.
Minutes:
With reference to article 17 of the minute of meeting of 7 August 2024, the Committee had before it a report by the Executive Director of City Regeneration and Environment which sought approval of the second annual update to the Development Plan Scheme for the Aberdeen Local Development Plan 2028.
The report recommended:-
that the Committee approve the content of the updated Development Plan Scheme 2025 (Appendix 1) and instruct the Chief Officer – Strategic Place Planning to, subject to any minor drafting changes which he considers necessary, publish it in accordance with relevant legislation.
The Committee resolved:-
to approve the recommendation contained within the report.
