Issue - meetings

(i)            to agree that Risk, Audit and Performance Committee finance papers would be circulated to all IJB members; and

(ii)          to otherwise note the Planner.

The Board had before it the IJB Insights Sessions and Topic Specific Seminars Planners prepared by the Strategy and Transformation Manager.

The Board resolved:-

(i)            to agree that Risk, Audit and Performance Committee finance papers would be circulated to all IJB members; and

(ii)          to otherwise note the Planner.
