The Committee had before it a report by the Chief Officer – Finance which provided an update on the Fund’s decision to exercise its flexibility under the Local Government Pension Scheme (Remediable Service)(Scotland) Regulations 2023 to make a determination to extend the implementation phase of the McCloud Remedy to 31 August 2026.
The report recommended:-
that the Committee note the contents of the report for reassurance.
