Issue - meetings

Councillor Graham declared an interest in item 11.5 (Request for Exemption from Policy - Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle), by virtue of him knowing the individual on a personal basis. He considered that the nature of his interest would require him to leave the meeting prior to consideration of the item.

Members were requested to intimate any declarations of interest or transparency statements in respect of the items on today’s agenda, thereafter the following was intimated:-
