Decision:
To grant the Late Hours Catering Licence with operating hours of 23:00 – 05:00.
Minutes:
The Sub Committee had before it an information note prepared by the Chief Officer – Governance, which advised that the application was out-with Committee policy for Late Hours Catering licences which had a maximum closing time of midnight, Monday to Sunday for all premises out-with the City Centre and Beach Area (except 24 Hour Superstores and Petrol Stations). The premises was out-with the City Centre.
Sam Christie, Area Manager, spoke in support of the application and responded to questions from members.
The Sub Committee resolved:-
to grant the Late Hours Catering licence with operating hours of 23:00 – 05:00.
